Online Computer Help

Are you annoyed with the thought of having to pack your computer up and take it in to your local computer shop? Not only is it frustrating having to unplug your system, deal with dirt and dust bunnies and the being without you computer for potentially days – you usually get the bill at the end of it all and it’s much higher than what you expected.

Forget about the frustration…

Frustrated at computer

For the past 10 years I’ve been fixing computers – 6 of these years doing it right across the internet. It may seem strange if you have never heard of this before, but it’s actually very normal and quickly becoming the preferred method of fixing your computer.

Now you don’t have to deal with lugging around your computer just to be without it for days – you can have it fixed in the comfort of your own home with just a few keystrokes of your keyboard!

How does it work?

Relaxed

Relax as we clean out, repair and optimize your computer in the comfort of your own home!

For years computer technicians have been using the internet to remotely control computers as if they were sitting right in front of your monitor. The only real requirement is that you have access to the internet with a connection faster than dialup.

You simply install a small piece of software and give permission for the technician to access your system when requested. You can sit back and literally watch as the technician moves your mouse around your screen and fixes your PC problems!

Is it safe?

Absolutely – you are completely in control at all times. No one can access your system unless you initiate a request for help, and even then the technician still needs you to grant access to see and control your mouse and keyboard. To put your mind at ease even further, you can watch what the technician is doing in real time. Not like taking your computer into a shop where you are never really sure what they did to “fix” the problem.

What can you fix?

We can fix anything related to software – this means that we can fix error messages, malfunctioning programs and other common problems like viruses, spyware and malware. The only thing that is out of our reach to fix would be hardware problems. So, for example, if your hard drive was failing you would have to physically take your computer to a shop to have it replaced.

However, in most cases almost all computer problems that we deal with on a regular basis are software related meaning we can fix it in real time right through the internet.

How do I utilize your services?

The easiest way to get started is to contact me through my service portal at http://www.crossloop.com/PCsecuritySecrets. If I am online, I may be able to fix your PC right away, otherwise we can setup a time that will work best for you. Your choice!

I have a question. I am trying to download a file and every time i do, a whole bunch of indecipherable text pops up and it says that this file or program cannot be run in ms dos mode????Any suggestions

  4. Sounds like a file association problem… either that or you are downloading a questionable file. Run a virus scan, make sure the file you are downloading is legitimate – download it first then scan it with an antivirus program.
